Use caseNo AI needed

The weekly report
takes a whole day.

Every week someone exports files, copies them into one sheet and fixes broken formulas before anyone can read the numbers. We connect your data in one place and build a report that updates on its own.

Built on your own data and tools.

A day spent on one report

The same steps, every week, by hand.

02 The fix

Connected once, updated every week

04 What changes

What changes for the team

A normal week, without the report day.

BEFORE

  • One person loses a day every week.
  • Numbers differ by who made the report.
  • Questions wait for next week's report.

AFTER

  • The report is ready before the week starts.
  • Everyone reads the same numbers.
  • The sheet behind it updates on schedule.
06 FAQ

Report questions

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the form below.

Why no AI for this?

Because the input is clean data that only needs to be in one place. AI would add running costs and would not make the numbers more correct. If your report starts from messy input, like scanned documents, AI can help at that one step.

Which tools can it pull data from?

Usually the ones you already use: Google Sheets, Excel files, accounting tools and online store exports. We check your sources in the free diagnosis.

Can we still edit the numbers?

The report reads from your data, so you correct the source and the report follows. You keep full access to the sheet behind it.

What if one of our tools changes?

With a monthly retainer, we monitor the report and adjust it. Without one, you get documentation of how it works, so your team or anyone else can follow it.
