Approvals stuck
in group chats.

Requests get buried in chat, and nobody knows who still has to say yes. We build a simple approval flow with clear owners, reminders and a record of every decision.

Every decision on record.

Lost somewhere in the chat

A request, a few replies, and then silence.

02 The fix

A flow with an owner at every step

A form and n8n, or a small custom app when the rules are many. No AI needed, because approvals follow your rules.

  1. One request formPurchase, leave, discount or payment requests start in one simple form.
  2. An owner for every stepEach step has a role that approves or rejects.
  3. Reminders when it waitsIf a request waits too long, its owner gets a reminder.
  4. A record of every decisionWho approved what, and when, is saved for finance and audits.
03 In control

Your rules, written down

The flow follows the rules you already have. We make them visible.

06 FAQ

Approval flow questions

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the form below.

Which approvals can it handle?

Any request that follows rules: purchases, leave, discounts, payments or document sign-off. We start with the one that gets stuck most.

Can approvers say yes from their phone?

Yes. Approvers get a link or a message and can approve or reject from their phone.

Is this an automation or a custom app?

It depends on the flow. A simple one runs on a form and n8n. One with many roles and rules is a small custom app. The free diagnosis tells you which.

Why no AI?

Approvals follow your rules, and rules do not need AI. Keeping it simple keeps it cheap to run and easy to trust.
